Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Certain items such as personalized products or items marked “non-returnable” are exempt from returns.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at support@alinodropships.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  3. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
